Vote Duckstan For Prime Minister
Hello citizen! It seems we meet again.
This time I want you to read even harder than in my previous campaign.
Why? Well because as you see I am running for PM this time.

So, it's my first time running for PM, yes, but I believe that in the one and a half years I've been here I gathered enough experience to fulfil the duties of the position. As you know I've served three and a half terms in the legislature and I am also a Mediator in the RP. I authored several bills and did (or at least tried to) actively participate in debates. I also wrote the constitutional draft that won the constitutional contest.
But enough of what happened in the past. Let's talk about future, our future. Here are my plans for the upcoming term if I am elected:
But enough of what happened in the past. Let's talk about future, our future. Here are my plans for the upcoming term if I am elected:
- Regular cabinet meetings - I believe that the key to progress is to regularly give updates on what each Ministry's doing and to share ideas on how to improve our region. Ideally I'd like to hold a meeting every 3-4 weeks
- Transparency - This one is very closely related to what I wrote above. The meetings are private and without a detailed report common citizens have no idea what was discussed. This may cause problems such as seeming government inactivity. To avoid that I will be releasing a report of every cabinet meeting and a progress report in the middle and at the end of the term.
- Autonomy to a degree - This would be the embodiment of my belief in semi-autonomous Ministries. That means less intervention from the PM in certain affairs of each Ministry. For example forbidding PM's intervention in areas like roleplay.
- Repurpose the MoE - It seems as if this Ministry doesn't do much, so I want to turn it into an archive of all UDS laws and history. After that's gathered we could hold some sort of a UDS history quiz with awards for winners.
- Review the embassy policy - I will work with the Foreign Office to possibly reform this policy.
- Continue region-growing policies and encourage activity
And of course I promise to support and sign bills that would benefit our region. Now you may call me an idealist but I believe, no I know that with your support it's possible.
Remember, whatever comes up - count on Duck. See you at the election and I hope I have your vote.
