Motion for the Ratification of Part II Article VI of the Statute of Birmingham Proposed by Thatcher Whitehall
Section I: Preamble
NOTICING that the Union does not have any legislation regarding inter-regional conflicts, and that the Court of International Law and Justices’ Statute of Birmingham establishes a Chamber of Inter-Regional Affairs.
NOTING that the Union has been asked to apply for this section of the statute, by the staff of the Court of International Law and Justice.
BELIEVING that while it is crucial to uphold the legal power and jurisdiction of the Union of Democratic States’ Supreme Court, it would be extremely beneficial for the Union to ratify part II article VI of the aforementioned statute, in the plausible event of an inter regional conflict, wherein our Supreme Court would have no jurisdiction.
HEREBY this motion ratifies part II article VI of the Statute of Birmingham & affirms the application of the Union to enter as a party to this Statute.
Section II: Provisions
HEREBY renders part II article VI of the Court of International Law and Justices’ Statute of Birmingham as completely legal and legitimized within the borders of the Union of Democratic States. The record shall show that the Union of Democratic States is now a party to this Statute.
