Impeachment of Leaders Act 2016

Section I: Provisions
NOTICING that many nations within the Union are inactive or silent for an extensive period of time, including some former leaders, and that sometimes these leaders may be rude or disrespectful to fellow nations.
REALIZING that if our leaders are inactive, our region is vulnerable, unsafe, and unstable, and that not as prominent nations are often treated unfairly around the world.
BELIEVING that a set system of impeachment will stabilise the region and keep all leaders in check.
HEREBY mandates that a leader will be impeached if:
- They are inactive for a period of longer than 20 days, without informing the region.
- They are not treating other nations with respect and kindness, and are instead treating them harshly or cruelly, and will be tried before a regional jury.
- The nation shows signs of betrayal of the Union, or release of private regional discussion or information, and will be tried before a regional jury.
